The story

Les Forges

At the time, the forges of the Laurentians had a completely different vocation. It was in fact a meeting point for villagers where skiers could have their skis repaired and waxed for the modest sum of ten cents.

Since then, La Forge steakhouse has become a warm place popular with skiers in the region where you can discover a real culinary experience. Known for its maple wood fire grills, our kitchen serves premium cuts of meat, grilled to perfection before your eyes.

"We had the pleasure of dining at the second floor of La Forge, where their "forge" is and it was excellent. Atmosphere was unique and service was fast. We tried a few different plates, like the octopus and the tagliatelli as starters, the aspargus and truffle fries as sides, and the grilled atlantic salmon and filet mignon as main courses. Everything tasted absolutely great. To end the pleasant dining experience, we went with an original Quebec dessert of a type of pastry bathing in maple syrup reduction with a vanilla scoop on top."
